The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help and they went above and beyond to help us when we had questions and needs.
The toilet was not working properly our first night. But they fixed it while we were out and we had no more issues the rest of our stay.

The staff is above average and extremely friendly!!

The location for my trip was great. Everywhere I needed to be or go to was within a decent distant from the hotel. To my surprise, on my first morning there I ran into my brother, who was also staying at the Hotel. This was definitely not planned by us
Yes!!!! I wish I had known that my room only consisted of a King size bed instead of two beds. It was four of us in my room and getting a roll-a-way or cot was near impossible.

Would highly recommend for a short trip. The continental breakfast is sufficient if you like cereal and bagels. Could use additional choices but it's free so casa rha cer rha. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean room with all the amenities.
Location, fairly distant walk to the Yankee Stadium metro station through a run down neighborhood.

If you have to stay in the Bronx this is the best value in the area. Clean room, public spaces and great staff.

Close to Yankee stadium and the rooms and hotel were much better Ghana I expected.
Rough neighborhood.

The hotel was much nicer than I expected. After reading other reviews we we hesitant to stay there but with the proximity to Yankee stadium we took a chance and I am glad we did. Very short cab ride to the game, the lobby and rooms were very clean video surveillance of the parking lot and the breakfast was enough to get us started. If we were to go to another game I would stay there again.

It was clean and well lit outside a lot of places deliver if your hungry like we were at 12am lol.
Heard the crew talking loud outside our door early in the morning it was quite rude.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to make another trip there soon

To have free WiFi was very helpful!
There was no pool.

The bed was very comfortable, however, if you are a pillow person be sure to bring your own from home. My boyfriend complained that there weren't enough pillows and about their lack in comfort. I was disappointed to find out that there was a nice workout room, but no darn swimming pool or hot tub, nothing! Breakfasts weren't bad, but it was the usual continental breakfasts that most hotels have. It would be nice to see different and newer options! ...read more

Hotel was perfect for a 1 night stay, staff were very accommodating and friendly.location is convenient to the highway. Hotel is not in the most appealing location however we felt safe and had no problems during our stay. Perfect fir short stay in the Bronx!
