One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a while
Smelled musty, room small, front desk phone rarely answered, tub had definite wear and tear.

Overall I would not stay here again. Only benefit to this hotel was the comfy bed and the location to my friend's wedding site.

The pool is very nice and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There was black mold in the shower and numerous broken tiles along the bottom of the handicapped bathroom . Also, the air conditioning unit leaked water so that the floor alongside the bed was sopping wet. So we had to change rooms.

The hotel was apologetic about the water leak in our room and gave us a new room promptly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. However, even the second room we were assigned had black mold behind the toilet. On the plus side, the pool is very nice. But taken all-in-all, for the price, I would recommend this hotel. The mold was really the most disconcerting issue. ...read more

Nothing other than lots of parking spaces
Poor up-keep

Missing light bulb on the night-stand lamp, no exhaust fan in bathroom, fire alarm went off from steam during shower, squeaky chair, paint peeling off door, a gym with a broken weight machine and TV. Dirty elevator carpet.

I will not stay again. The room was musty smelling and the shower pressure was terrible. They also added a 25 dollar charge to be removed if we didn't use the restaurant (which we didn't). There was a group of guys drinking beer in the parking lot.

There are no surprises (pleasant or unpleasantly) candy machines and a very quiet pub/restaurant with limited hours (not open Sunday)..Friendly staff and somewhat manageable old and slow computers..Good location for me..I go to QVC (5 mile away)
Not recently

Parking is a little complicated, but manageable. They do need to update their business center.

nothing
The room was overpriced. The 1st room I got the A/C unit would not operate at all. Room was on the ground level and the window would not even close enough to latch. The exterior doors near my room did not lock, anyone could enter these doors 24/7.

The clerk did give me another room. When asked if they provided breakfast the clerk pointed to the restaurant and said I could buy breakfast there, asked if they provided coffee, was told that they provide coffee in the room. Poor quality of room, rated as 2.5, when renovation is completed may be 2.5 but now it might be 1.5. Cost of room was way too high for quality of room and what they offered! ...read more

Nothing stands out about what I liked best.
Thank you for asking! The staff didn't appear to care when I checked out and did not ask about my stay. Overall, I had a well below average stay in this hotel. Multiple features were far below a reasonable level of expectation.

I traveled on memorial day weekend as a get-away for my wife and I. My expectations were: getting away to a new place; having a king-sized bed, enjoying the pool; having a late night drink at the hotel bar; among other things. I was fully expecting the pool to be open. It was not open which was very disappointing. That was the beginning of my mind-boggling dissatisfaction with my stay. I got into my entrance without a key as the door was left unlocked (the door didn't shut properly and therefore was open just enough to enter without proper key authorization). Anyone could have entered the facility without going through the front door. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The four bed pillows for my king-sized bed were comically small. They were more fit for air travel than a king-size bed in a hotel chain. The ice machine on my floor didn't work and I was directed to a lower floor that appeared to be under construction. It was very dirty and unwelcoming. At the end of our night after going out to dinner, my wife and I stopped into the hotel restaurant/bar for a drink. My wife ordered a pinot nior which tasted like it was 4 months old (in a very bad way). There was an unidentified object in the wine that we couldn't conclude what it was...if anything, I'd suggest it was mold. It was not what we'd expect from an expensive glass of wine. By the end of our stay, I was looking forward to check-out. I was expecting the staff to inquire about our stay at which point I was prepared to go into great detail...but the staff didn't bother to ask. We got zero star hotel service from a two and a half star hotel. I would've been fine paying half of what I did for this hotel. This stay was not "cheap" by any means and this hotel was an overwhelming disappointment. One more time for good measure...this hotel was an overwhelming disappointment. ...read more
