The professional and kindness of the staff.
The signs of minor repair & update needed in my room.

Parking was plenty and easily accessible. Counter staff, restaurant staff, & housekeepers were very welcoming. They offered complimentary cookies on the day of my check in. I needed a room with double beds but wasn't able to get one. However they offered me a roller bed, which was clean and served the purpose. Before getting into my room, they did give me a room that wasn't cleaned. It looked as if someone just checked out of it. The problem was rectified immediately and I was given 2 free restaurant coupons worth $13 a piece. The menu for the breakfast buffet was awesome. The fruit were fresh and sweet as well. The room I stayed in was a little outdated. The carpet had old stains, was lumpy and needed to be replaced. The shower/tub needed updating as well. The beds were ok. Staff was impressively cooperative. Bathroom door could not be unlocked. Staff immediately tried to help us out. They could not so assigned us next door room's key.

During my stay, a GPS unit and a set of noise cancelling headphones were taken from my suitcase. I contacted the hotel but they have failed to even call and apologize.

I wouldn't stay there again if they were giving rooms away

The fragrant night time sleep aids and the pillows.
It seemed kind of old. I expected the hotel to be much nicer.

We had to move rooms at 3am due to bed bugs which caused welts all over my husband. The manager was not on duty and did not bother to call and even apologize. We have not received a refund.

This hotels needs to be professionally treated and cleaned.

The staff were probably the friendliest of any hotel I've stayed in.
The bathroom toilet had a plastic-y seat. While this has its upsides (won't be frigid when you sit down), it also seemed a bit out of place given the rest of the ambiance.

I only stayed for a night, but I found it to be ideally situated for my getaway to Philadelphia as well as my work in Wilmington. Well apportioned, comfortable, very nice.
