It's a very nice hotel, one of my favorites. However I really didn't like the customer service experience this time, see comments above. If it wasn't for that bad experience (Being forced to sleep in 1 bed, instead of 2, or rather my friend having to sleep on a sofa bed). I would give it a 10/10!

While I love a resort, the Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations for a great getaway. It was so close to Universal Studios and it had everything we needed to enjoy a fun night out of town

Called for blankets to be brought up and they didn't show before our event and we were told they would be in the room when we got back. They weren't. Had to call for them again at 3am when we returned. And then that horrible noise which made sure none of us slept well. The only thing we could come up with is the fact our room was next to a storage room and there might have been some kind of machinery in there that kept kicking on. I tried recording the sound on my phone but it couldn't pick it up. Oh, and they really need a bigger parking lot. ...

The hotel seems to cater to business travelers and conventions. The hotel is well kept and clean. Has a pool, hot tub, game rooms, business center, and exercise room. They offer something for everyone. Its location allows for easy access to Universal Orlando Resort, Sea World Orlando, and International Drive attractions, without the noise or congestion of those attractions. The hotel provides for quiet relaxation after a long day visiting nearby attractions. Beware, with Priceline's no-bid deal, the hotel only offers a standard king or queen studio (queen bed and pull-out couch). Any other room will have an up-charge. I requested two beds when I purchased my trip and was charged extra for a room with two queen beds. Also, I thought that my room package included breakfast, only to find out that wasn't the case. The hotel also charges for parking, $9 a day. ...
