Convenient to Rangers BallPark
We arrived after 11 pm and the front desk clerk was very slow to get us checked in.

This hotel was very convenient to The Ballbark at Arlington. Most traffic was trying to get onto I-30 and so we were able to get in the faster moving lanes to reach the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. After a late evening at The Ballpark, we were in the mood for some ice cream but didn't want to stop any where. The hotel had a freezer case of various ice cream novelties and we were able to purchase a couple of Haagen Dazs bars to satisfy our craving. ...read more

The space was aweome!! It was big and spacious!
I wish I could have known what the location of the hotel and give you a choice to keep it or not.

I'm very happy with the hotel and staff.

The staff was excellent and friendly and accomodating. We, at first, had a room where the air conditioning was not working properly. They immediately sent maintenance up to check on it. We were moved to another room and they helped us move and apologized.
No, this hotel was great.

It was a great place to stay. Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was good. It was quiet. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs was great, also. I was surprised there were not more guests.

The only decent thing was the price we got on the bid.

The hotels star rating is 3.5. I think that is too high. I'm sure it was rated this way because it has a bar and grill. However, it closes at 11:00 pm right when Rangers fans are returning from the trolley ride from the game. Very disappointing! What's the point when you have to go somewhere else for food and drink. We will not book there again for this reason.

advertised wifi did NOT work. technical staff attempted to resolve but was unable to do so. very disappointing

very convenient to rangers & cowboys stadiums and other attractions. free RED TROLLEY to these attractions was great.

A little loud from the wedding three floors below...

Great staff at hotel. The elevators were pretty slow, but the hotel was in great condition on the inside, almost new. One of the nicer hotels in Arlington.
