Excellent staff. I needed a transformer to convert from my US laptop to NZ voltage and they happily provided it.
Nothing really.

For the price I paid, it was an excellent hotel, in the very best location in Queenstown (2 minute walk from the town center and lake).

The hotel staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of stay.
I felt compelled to have to tip everytime we asked for help.

The hotel is a great location to all the shopping stores and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the water and mountains. The hotel staff is very helpful and knew the area well.

High quality hotel in convenient city center location.
Did not provide any breakfast with reservations.

High quality hotel in a great central location within Queenstown. Wonderful views of the water and very friendly and helpful staff in arranging unique outings.

Friendly, helpful staff, spacious attractive rooms, incredible view from lobby.
Breakfast seemed pricey and it was easy to slip into a higher price level than intended.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Sleek and modern yet friendly, and the lobby area offered fun, plush seating with great decor and a view not to be missed.

The views from the room were spectacular! The location made it easy to do everything desired in Queenstown on foot.

We were thrilled with our entire stay and could not have found a better hotel in Queenstown - even a more expensive room elsewhere would not have been as great as the experience we had.

Bright, fresh, clean, good location, modern and large rooms.

Good lounge area spaces and bar. Very nicely appointed rooms and bathroom. Recently refurbished and it shows. The hotel was lovely. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. My room did not face the lake and was very quiet. Lots of natural light.
