We LOVE this hotel and have stayed many times (through Priceline) and been very pleased! :)
Yes, the bar is ALWAYS FREEZING and there are a million and one excuses about it. Seriously, through afew bucks in and get this FIXED. When you need to wear your coat inside it sux. We've gone for years and alwaays leave the bar.

Hotel amenities ( pool and spa) were very clean and a very nice size for travelers! Staff were polite and friendly.
Room was a little dark and carpet was a little musty.

Convenient location and the beds were comfortable.
The section we were is was quite tired ie small scratched up elevator, narrow doorways, small bath, toilet seat knob missing, old painted trim.
The staff were friendly and helpful (TV remote did not work). Room and beds clean. Parking space is limited and difficult to get in and out of (have to back up a long way if no parking available behind hotel). The section we were in is tired and needs a renovation. We expected more for this Star Rating.

Cosy. Great walking trails close to hotel. Wonderful one that is old railway bridge across the river.
Next morning after st paddy's day celebrations, vomit there by side door in the morning. Spoke to front desk. Came back from walk and nothing done.
Central to the downtown. Comfortable.

Big hot tub.
Rooms connected with other rooms on both side - noise traveled easily between rooms.
Easy check-in, spacious room. Noise traveled easily and front desk staff did not seem concerned about it in the morning.
