Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crowne Plaza Boston-Newton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean and crisp! Manager's reception. View and very nice room.
Parking. No choice, but to pay for overnight parking. Felt like a deception to bid for one price, and to find out there was no parking, especially for a hotel not in the city, but 5 miles out.

Very difficult to pull into from the interstate. Also, people should be made aware that there is an additional $30.00 parking charge on top of what you are paying. Pricey!

Pleasantly surprised by my experience staying here. The room was clean and not very noisy (6th floor). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a little far from the city but the front desk helped us get a taxi quickly. Would stay again.

If you can't manage a hotel in Boston proper, this location is good. There is a bus- a local which will take you to a T station and an express that will get you into Copley Square real fast. Thai, pizza, a pub and a few other restaurants close by.

The hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly. It was a nice 2 night stay.
Why do you have to pay for parking, the hotel is not downtown? Not to mention you have to pay tolls every time you leave the hotel (if you take the interstate). Unless you get a really good deal or don't have a car, don't stay it gets pricey for $28 a day

Cleanliness is their top priority!
Parking is $28 per day. Buy the parking pass at the desk and if your staying multiple nights, reduce reuse and recycle if you know what I mean.

A little highway and T noise but nothing disturbing. If your not used to any city noise then you may wish to avoid Boston all together.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, despite the fact that I arrived for my room rather late in the evening. The minor problem with the sink drain was tkaen care of by the staff.
Ot took a while to "not hear" the street noise from the Mass Pike below.
