The location to the French Quarter and the layout of the room.
Lack of continental breakfast

The valet area was excellent. They greeted us promptly. Stowed our luggage and retrieved an item without issue. The room's toiletries were top of the line-Paul Mitchell. The space was maximized by using sliding doors. Tastefully decorated in greens. Having a sitting area was an added bonus.

Great location, easy walking to all the French Quarter attractions. Room was clean, in excellent condition, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with good water pressure.
Only faults I could find was there was no pool, even though their website showed one. Being able to pay a fee to another nearby hotel to use their pool is not the same. Also their lack of a real restaurant to eat at in the hotel.

It was a clean, comfortable well staffed hotel in a wonderful location of the French Quarter it was not right on Bourbon Street sell the noise levels were good but it was a very quick walk to Bourbon Street area any restaurants and clubs and bars of the staff was very nice and well trained and everything we expected more

Very clean room with extra sofa bed with TV. A small refrigerator and coffee maker. Also a microwave in the hallway. Excellent staff and service. Very close to most of the attractions. One block from Bourbon Street.
This hotel is surrounded by buildings, no street view.

A great place to stay with children. Fitness center is great. Nice restaurant.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious.
Don't expect a view; but for the price, cleanliness and location you can't beat this hotel.

The location and the room were excellent
The staff was rather rude, unhelpful and seemed to be technologically backward

Parking is very expensive. You can save $15 a night by valeting right across the street. Location is key in the French Quarter, and that was wonderful
