Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Salt Lake City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

They upgraded me to a mini suite for no additional cost since they overbooked with people who missed their flights.
Need more people checking in guests when a flight is cancelled.

Overall, the hotel was clean and classy. There was one major problem - the hotel was situated directly underneath major power lines. There was so much electricity running through them that you can hear them buzz. That's the sort of stuff that causes cancer. If you value your health, stay away.

They had a great pool, hot tub, bistro, and even more public spaces for just hanging out.
We used the pull out couch and it had plastic covering that was extremely loud, nobody in the room got any sleep because of it.

This hotel has been redone like a lot of the Courtyards. It is really nice looking, rooms are good etc. if you check in late at night, though, the lady who checked me in was SUPER unhelpful. Don't know her name but she was awful. Which is too bad, because the lady I talked to early ink the day, Becky? Maybe. Was awesome.

Parking, easily accessed from freeway.
Room faced freeway. Noise from other rooms could be better.

Clean hotel-small indoor pool. About 5 min from downtown. Request for room not facing freeway.

Reputable hotel. The sofa bed was very convenient.
Didnt like the breakfast menu. Towels were old and dingy.

Most 3 star hotels have a small fridge. It would be nice to have s fridge.
