comfortable, spacious room.
It is under renovation so the signage was poor and I wandered a bit, but I'm sure that will be corrected when the renovations are complete.

The design and the layout were nice. The room had a refrigerator, which was a very nice touch. The hallway rugs were quite dirty, but there had been a very big celebration that evening.
An alarm when off during the night; this interrupted my sleep.

Glass windows in bathroom door not appropriate for families. Took forever to check in as they didn't have confirmation the room was paid for although I showed confirmation. They called priceline to resolve. No tea in room, only coffee. Staff defensive.

I would not recommend to those with boys and girls in the same room due to glass window in bathroom door. Also would not recommend if you need two beds as they said priceline books only king rooms and they will not change reservations for any reason. Our room did happen to have a pullout but they said not all kings do and they would not change if the room only had a king. We have never had a problem at other hotels when asking for two beds with a priceline reservation. Another friend and I both had trouble checking in. Location perfect for our purpose. Dinner was magnificent and the room neat and clean. Over all the accommodations were great as usual. We have never had a bad experience making arrangements through Priceline.

This hotel was built as a Holiday Inn..then went to a Ramada..and now it's a Marriott Courtyard. The hotel, while only 3 floors is gigantic.....it can take you 10 minutes to get to your room from the lobby...the layout is very expansive...what they lack in height, they make up for in layout. The room is a good size, the quality of the linens and towels were top notch....the TV is a flat screen and there are quite a few stations. The bathroom is a weird, but good shap. The water pressure in the shower could of been better. The front desk employees addressed EVERYONE in a very professional way. Room smelled like cigarette.

I requested for a extra blanket and sheet for the room and manager in duty has informed me that there were no staff available at the time and asked me to pick it up. During our request we have observed one of our room had a cigarette and asked for immediate change and we were then asked to pick up a new sets of keys. During our wait staff has informed and threatened us that we were been loud. I have two young children and waiting for a room change at the time. The entire staff treated the customers wonderfully and with real professionalism.

Everything about the hotel is top-notch. The rooms are large enough and quiet. The staff quickly addressed the few small issues that arose. All in all, one of the best hotels that we've booked through Priceline.com.

the room keys stopped working at midnight on new year's eve.. had to wait in the hallway for 45 minutes to get into room killed my night
