The major asset of this hotel is the staff as they were all very considerate, friendly, and helpfull.
Rooms becoming a little tired.

The location is OK for air travellers probably not as good for those wanting down town activities. Pleasant bar and light dining area in lobby section. For star rating this hotel covers most bases.

Location, clean room, gated secure parking lot.
Bed was very uncomfortable, Expected a pillow top mattress. Tv was to side of bed, not directly in front, made watching tv difficult, especially for 2 people in bed. Should have a free continental breakfast, not a high priced bistro.

Secure gated location (in an office park), very close to Graceland, which was our main destination, as well as downtown Memphis attractions. There are NO food options nearby, and the pizza that would deliver is national chain only, Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Staff was very nice. Would have been better if I got a better night sleep due to uncomfortable mattress, it was too firm and I expected a pillow top. Overall a good value for what we paid. ...read more

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Giant security fence is a pretty good indication you may not want to go for a late-night walk off the property.

The noise level was extremely loud.
