Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Las Vegas Summerlin

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The fact that the hotel and rooms looked as advertised online.
The prices of food and beverages at the mini mart, and cafe were too high.

Friendly and clean property.
Just a little far and the towels were thin (but expected)

The hotel met my needs at a great price. I have worked in hotels for 10 years and it was a good experience. You are not going to have all of the amenities as you would on the strip, but you get no traffic, easy access to highways, and a friendly environment.

The room was up-to-date & had a decent size refrigerator. Common areas were very nice, well kept with a Starbucks mini-store in the lobby. There's a kiosk for accessing your boarding pass, local weather and such. You never hear the freeway.
3:00PM is too late of a check in time. Request an early check in and you might get a room by 1PM or so. I felt that the A/C unit in the room needed to be more robust, especially the West facing rooms. The afternoon sun cooks that side of the building.

The hotel rooms are up-to-date and have a decent size mini-frig in the room. Two ice machines on each floor is a nice touch. The swimming pool is in a common area but gives a secluded feel. The hotel staff is meticulous about keeping everything well kept. This goes from the spotless rooms to all the common areas that we visited. There is a kiosk with a printer in the lobby that gives you access to your boarding passes, local weather, attractions and such. There's a huge flat screen as you enter the lobby that has news feeds, weather feeds, and a plethora of other information. The lobby is modern and even has a mini Starbucks in the lobby. That blew me away. The even has a limited Starbucks food and munchies menu as well as almost all the beverages. The hotel is very easily accessed right off the 95 freeway, but you never hear it. There is shopping close by, but not really walking distance in 90-100+ degree heat. The hotel has ample free parking. This particular hotel is in the more suburban section of Norh Las Vegas (Summerlin area) but is only 15-20 minutes from the strip. For me, it's close to where I needed to work but still allowed easy access to the strip when we wanted to go. ...read more

Staff was amazingly helpful. Great location for what I was doing.
Somehow you need to put a time limit on the computers as some of the teenagers who are unsupervised stay on there waaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooo long.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distnce. Strip is a 15 minute drive away if that's what you want, but plenty of quiet away from the strip too! Great value for the dollar. Karina, in the bistro, was so helpful and kind. I arrived with bronchitis amd she took it upon herself to attend to me and my son. Never been treated quite that well. Above and beyond. THanks for a great weekend. ...read more
