Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms. Nice restaurants nearby.
Petrified french fry under the bed. A little hard to get to with the construction on TX-183. The hotel's rear entrance (the only one near an elevator, as far as we could tell) could use a ramp instead of a large step - difficult to haul luggage over.

Overall a very nice stay. Once the construction is complete on the adjacent highway, it will be really conveniently located.

The bed and the design of the room is always enjoyable when I stay here.
Construction on Hwy 121 is temporary, but often noisy, and can put some dust on your car.

If they ever finish the construction project on the Airport Freeway, this will be one of the most convenient places to stay at in NE Tarrant County. Numerous bars and restaurants are located within a half mile of this hotel.

The staff was excellent, they went out of their way to help make sure our stay was pleasant. A part broke on our car, and they were extremely helpful in helping us find a parts store, and even provided us the courtesy van to go to the store.
The amenities listed a hot tub, but when we arrived, we were told that it was being taken out.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The rooms are generously sized, with a couch, and coffee table, as well as a desk with plenty of work space. The bathroom was large, with a separate vanity area. Large closet with mirrored folding doors. Full sized iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Room included a mini fridge, and coffee maker. There were always plenty of towels, and the staff was there in no time to bring extra coffee when requested. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and had very nice linens, with plenty of nice pillows. There is abundant lighting in the room, also. ...read more

Lazo was especially nice; great customer service
my daughter was looking forward to the hot tub..we were told it where it was , got swimsuits on and found an empty hot tub

the road construction makes this location at below standard for now

It had a bed, four walls and a roof. The TV was nice.
The staff was rather short and rude. They charged a guy $15 for a can of tuna and soda. The staff person had no idea that less than a block away was a restaurant open 24 hours a day. Noisy and breakfast not included.

Be prepared. The people working at this hotel would be unemployed in any other state in the union. Texas is too big for them not to be employed. The a/c is on full blast, and there is no way to correct it. Noise just seeps through the wall. The staff is rude and short on service. They have no idea of the location or where they are for that matter. Please choose another hotel.

The staff that night was wonderful. When my husband left his dentures, we called and she immediately sent someone to the room. They were at the front desk when we returned a few days later!
