Rooms were very nice and spacious and clean.The staff was extra nice.Short walk to the beach and just a very good experience.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cocoa beach

I couldnt have picked a better hotel.The king size suite was spacious and very nice.The staff was extra nice and wasn't hassled when asked for a extra hour before checking out.Its only a very short walk to the beach which was nice and just a overall nice modern hotel.Cant go wrong staying here.

close to pier and ron john's, great bistro, very nice staff, pull out sofa, nice pool, flat screen, paul mitchell hair products (very smart for clientele who stay there)we were there for beach comp but looked like they had port travel100% down good value
like better pillows

dine at Taco City...bring an ice chest....is a good place for breakfast- great bistro and bar. pool is fun, rooms are clean and spacious. nice balconies. like the location and service very good. great bar drinks and wine list...fun pool...across from grocery store....safe for kids, ron john is close

The staff was helpful however upon arrival my room was not ready so they wanted to down grade me or wait another hour for my room. When getting my room the carpet was soaked from the refrigerator not working and maintenance never solved the problem

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and very nice.
I would have liked it closer to the beach.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. The room was spaciousand clean. They had a very nice restaurant in the lobby. The pool areawas also very nice and clean. The only disappointment was that it wasnot close to the beach.

very clean, good location, excellent decor, easy access to the beach

I highly recommend this hotel. We were taking a cruise, and it was easy to get to the ship. The hotel set us up with inexpensive transportation to the pier. The shuttle driver was also very excellent. Our stay at this hotel was an excellent way to begin our vacation.

Staff did not make beds.

The Courtyard is just what I expected of this type of hotel. It offers a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Ron Jon's & various restaurants. The biggest complaint I have is the beds. They were terrible! My wife and I tossed and turned all night! Then, housekeeping did not service the room at all! It was like being at home with a messy bed. All the CSR were excellent. Room was nice.
No real restaurant, needs more food options. pool needs to be more inviting, music, outside bar open.

Nice, Clean, friendly helpful staff. Good location, 3 min walk to beach.
