I liked the location and the room itself.
It was fine, no complaints.
The hotel was very clean, staff was nice and helpful, room was very nice, plenty of parking and different doors to get in and it was in a good location.

The room was OK and the staff, especially Lynn was very nice. The hotel was a little out of the way for my Highland Park visit.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast was a little pricey but not bad. We had breakfast at Elly's Pancake House across the street which was more reasonable and much better.

Beautiful lobby area that was great for hanging out in small groups or just reading a book. Provided a mini-fridge for our room when we asked. Room was just off side entrance, so no long hauls for luggage! Room was standard - as expected.
Unable to give selection for room type (1K vs 2D beds) even though the hotel was sparsely populated. Check-in clerk said couldn't change from 1K due to Priceline reservation. Did give us 1K with pull-out sofa instead. Made room very small, but it worked.
Great Dunkin Donuts across the street that is open 24/7! Hotel was in fairly quiet, safe middle-class neighborhood. Fairly easy access to major highways to get north or south. Room was standard sized and clean.

They let us check in early without any hassle!The pool and hot tub were excellent!
The soda machines wouldn't take dollar bills.
This is a nice hotel. A bit remote from the area we needed to be in without any easy way to get anywhere but for the price, amenities and welcoming staff, it was well worth the drive.

9.99 buffet breakfast is a little steep for what was offered.
The pool and hot tub were very accomodating and we also enjoyed the big screen TV in our room.
