Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Location, staff and breakfast.
Parking fees exorbitant. We did see parking at considerably less as we walked around town. Our room was fine but was a bit of a strange configuration and had no view of interest.

This was a good hotel, in a good location with expensive parking with limited options.

The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The driveway entry damaged my vehicle with its angle. Pulling into the valet area, my vehicle sustained damage estimated at over $500. The heater control in the room did not function properly.

The hotel was an excellent value for the price paid, with some caveats. Pulling into the valet area, beware of the somewhat odd angle of entry and the close quarters upon pulling in. The lobby was pleasant if unremarkable. There is a set of computers with a laser printer available in the lobby for last minute needs (for us, it was printing out Cubs tickets for Opening Day!). Elevators to the left of the front desk take you up to your rooms, starting on the 6th floor above parking. The pool/spa/fitness center is located on the 6th floor as well. Our room was a king bed with pull-out couch, more than adequate for our stay. One of the best things about the room - the shower! I'm of above average height and I'm usually disappointed by the showers in the rooms. This one had plenty of pressure, a great spray pattern, and had sufficient height for me. I didn't really miss having a handheld unit, but it would be a nice add. A separate sink area with a closet and PLENTY of hangers for our use was outside the toilet/shower area. The only real ding for the room itself was the heating/cooling control. The unit is wireless and does not keep a reliable connection to the heater. Even after having an engineer come and replace the batteries in the unit, it had to be within 6 feet and with an unobstructed line of sight to function properly, about 5 feet closer than its mount on the wall. The pool area was nice. We didn't use the deck, but may later this year. The hot tub area was large but lacked sufficient jets to provide anything more than heat for relief. The fitness area was well equipped though unused for our stay. Glazed and Infused has above average donuts for your breakfast, about $2.50/each. 7-11 around the corner was a great stop on the way back from Wrigley for snacks and forgotten items. We ordered dinner for delivery from Giordano's, so no qualms there! Great experience overshadowed by damage done by driveway, compounded by the valets. Free 1.5MB wi-fi. ...read more

Location was great! Lots of things to do within walking distance.
Our room was on the street side and noisy all night.
