Room was larger than expected and very well laid out. Food in hotel cafe was GREAT! Staff was very friendly.
The small did not work. Not a big deal since we ate out alot, but it would have been nice to keep drinks cold. Too tired to mention to staff to fix.

The room was spacious, clean, and attractive. The location was convenient.
The jackhammer across the street that started up at 8:15 a.m.
For $120 per night, this was a good deal in the Copley Square area.

Bathroom mildew, bad parking, construction across street with early am jackhammer.
Room was disappointing for the money. Bathroom had severe water damage with peeling wallpaper and mildew. No mention of major construction right next door on hotel website. Made for early wakeup on what was supposed to be relaxing vacation.

For not having a bar, it was nice they still sold booze in the lobby
there was no bar/restaurant that was open past 10am.
the room was comfortable and clean, and Lillie at the front desk was super helpful and friendly.

The hotel was so convenient. It was comfortable, clean & the staff were very friendly. If I had to do it over, I'd do it all the same way.
