Was the biggest disappointment they ran out of food for the free breakfast by 8 am and there were razors and other criminal element walking around dangerous area don't stay there ever!

Solo Traveler
It is what it is for the money. It says it is a smoke free hotel, but when I walked into the lounge it was like walking into a forest fire. Just turned around and left.

Great place to stay, I never heard the traffic noises that I had read. Room was clean, smelled clean, had marble counters, new flooring and new shower. It also had micro fridge, iron/board, coffee maker and hair dryer. Very good wifi signal. Perfect place for business traveler like myself who wants quiet, clean, good bed, strong consistent wifi, and a cozy little bar in the parking lot for after hours. Great breakfast and very entertaining restaurant staff. Would highly recommend for the price ...

When I visit the casinos in Bossier City, all I need is a clean place to sleep and shower. This is a no frills hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Also had a microwave and mini-fridge, which was kind of nice.

The room was neat and clean. The staff was nice at check in but not really helpful on anything else. The greatest thing is that they have a 24hr van that will shuttle you back and forth to the casino's.

The price was to high for the hotel. Not real clean. The outside of the hotel is beautiful, then you walk into the room. Really needs to be updated.
