The wallpaper was hanging off the walls, the shelf for towels was about to fall off the wall, the sheets were thread bare where you could see through them. It was very dirty. The worst

Family Traveling with Young Children
Close to Interstate. Dirty room. We slept on top of comforters. Scared to get under blankets. We used our own pillows. Checked in at 10:30 pm. Left at 3:30 am. Hard to sleep in dirty room.

This is an old property which has likely been rebranded once or twice, until it's down at the bottom. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The whole place screamed for maintenance. It looked like time forgot it.

Family Traveling with Teens
For a two star hotel, I was very dissatisfied. The lock on the door had apparently been pried open-it was missing. The room was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke and the furniture and linens had cigarette burns on them. The room was dusty! I could not stand the environment so I first requested a refund- with a "no", I suggested a move. The clerk refused to help other than spraying the room with something that was supposed to rid the smell. So I went to the nearest Wal-Mart and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. I did not feel safe at this hotel, I feared for me and my children's life so I chose to lose my 2nd night's rent and go elsewhere.
