Loved the vibe of the hotel. Worth the money for the location and service. Loved the paella dish at the dining room, award winning and would go back for that alone.

Stylish, innovative retro-remodel of a Howard Johnson property. Bravissima!

Definitely one of the premier hotels in Vero Beach. It's every bit 4 star! After staying at the Vero Beach Hotel & Costa d' Este, I think I would have to try them both again before I could say which one is better. Both have the best beachside access and poolside areas you will find. Extremely great getaways no matter if you are looking for a staycation or vacation. You will find very few places with such exclusive beach access and so few people. Which along with a great hotel and accommodations, makes for an awesome vacation. Not to mention the spa services, snorkeling, golf and reasonable price ...

Had a girl's weekend with six of us. Spa was very accommodating for the group and free mojitos were great. Next door to the driftwood and they're drinks were more reasonable.

I do not believe this hotel lives up to its star rating. The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa is the same star rating and it is so much nicer (especially for business travel). The biggest problem I had was that I had to keep the blinds closed because you can see into the rooms across the way. Also, the chairs in the room are really uncomfortable wood chairs and are not good for prolonged sitting. The hotel needs some maintenance. The rooms needed to be repainted because they were scoffed (not surprising with matte white walls). Also the house in the bathroom connecting the shower wand was leaking so I got sprayed in the face anytime I used that head. Luckily there was also a permanently affixed shower head so I just used that one. The common areas are pretty nice and maybe if you are just coming for vacation the room would be Ok. I didn't use the pool or any other "resort" features. The Wave restaurant was good. For business travel it is nice to have a decent chair and a desk in the room, so I spuppose that is the biggest reason that I will stick with Vero Beach Hotel and Spain the future. ...

Excellent getaway location. Beautiful property with artistic design! Be aware there is a resort fee charged upon checkout.

The hotel had a severe lovebug problem that prevented an enjoyable use of the pool area. When i approached the front desk, they told me that there was nothing that could be done. This is not true as there are insecticidal soaps that can be used to stop the breeding of the bugs. At any rate, I was disgusted by the amount of lovebugs and the hotels nonchalance at dealing with the large problem. The hotel cleaning service also never made it to my room after the first night of my stay. Overall the hotel looks nice, but I wouldn't want to stay there again and wouldn't recommend it. ...

Yes, we booked the hotel using pricline. It was our first time every using priceline. We booked a modern king for our anniversary. The reason we chose this hotel is because it looked very romantic in the pictures on priceline. Once we go to the hotel we realized the room looked nothing like the pictures. So, we went to the front desk to ask why and see if we could get another room. We were told in a rude fashion that we booked through bookit and this is the room that we booked. I said yes we did book through a third party but not this room. I gave up and went up stairs. After looking up information online we were given the handicapped room. Not the modern king that we booked. Long story short they did not change our room. I feel like we were treated differently than other customers because of the way we booked the hotel. In my opinion the resort should be grateful that we booked using a third party. Without the third party we would have never known the hotel even existed. If I were priceline I would want to talk to the hotel management on their thoughts and feelings on using priceline's services. If they do value the service you bring them the hotel staff needs to be retrained. Like I mentioned in the beginning this was my first time booking a hotel through priceline. If I am treated like that at all hotels because of the way I book I would need to remove the third party and go straight through the hotel. ...
