hotel is located 10 minutes by cab from down town, we had two pull up beds with a view of an apartment building and broken and trashed roof of a warehouse. It took two days and constant complaining to get our shower fixed, overhead didn't switch on, also our tub was not clean with some strange hairs all over it. Front desk stuff was not helpful, with most of our requests being told "Do it yourself" For the price, one can do allot better than this hotel. Do not recommend! ...

it is ONLY 2 stars. They give rooms to guests without clean WC first. Bed was hard. I tried to touch as little as possible in the room because it is so dirty. I felt so sick there.

The hotel is nice and secure. You need your roomcard to use the elevator. The beds are a little uncomfortable if you are used to American Standard. Breakfast was included and was very good. They have fruits, cakes, bread, scrambled eggs and much more. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk away from the beach and a metrostation.I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. ...

The hotel has a very modern feel but the quality of materials used from the bed to the shelves in the room, were somewhat lacking. The walls were very thin. Everything was clean. On the surface this place looks upscale. Again, the hotel staff did a fantastic job. I wish I knew their names but I am referring to every member I came into contact with at the front desk as well as every member of cleaning staff I spoke with. ...

Even though it says the hotel has all the services a four star hotel should have, its at an additional cost. The location to the beach is great and its not in a super touristy area, which I also appreciate. However, the furniture in the room is very cheap (our bed was even on wheels!). I received the room at a discount price when I bid for it, but I wouldn't pay that same price to say there again. ...
