Hotel Guest Reviews of the Concord's Colonial Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Marvelous place for anyone with an appreciation for the history of colonial America, or anyone wishing to develop same. The pictures and historical items throughout the building were wonderful. Try the lobster roll!

Location, amenities, full colonial flavor

Historic Inn. Excellent combination of colonial flavor and modern conveniences. Beautiful restaurant. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The hotel is a historic structure in the center of beautiful Concord.
No

An excellent place to stay to enjoy this beautiful area of Massachusetts. Lots of history, parks and museums. Free parking and live music on weekends. Good food with a selection of restaurants.

Location
Was on 3rd floor. No elevator. There were crumbs on the floor from prior room occupant. Very hard to navigate through the hotel, signage unclear, got lost many times.

Good place to stay if you're a history nut. Otherwise, be forewarned - there is no elevator and you may have to carry bags up three flights of stairs. Room cleanliness is spotty - there were crumbs on the floor from prior room occupant. Very hard to navigate through the hotel, signage unclear, got lost many times.

I did not enjoy my stay at the Concord Colonial Inn.
The hotel falsely advertises features which they do not deliver, and the staff is unapologetic for the discrepancy between what is stated on the reservation and reality.

Stay somewhere else.
