Hotel Guest Reviews of the Concorde Montparnasse

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Having a small refrigerator and electric water kettle was handy. Easily accessible by the Air France airport bus from CDG.
We expected a room with a double bed. At the class room we booked hotel said they had only twin bed rooms left. We were celebrating our anniversary and having a room with two twin beds unacceptable. Hotel was inflexible. Suggested pushing beds together.

Hotel is a few blocks from the Gare Montparnasse train station which made a day trip to Chartres very convenient. The station also had friendly English speaking cashiers who helped us make reservations for travel from other stations such as Gare Saint Lazarre. Loved shopping at the nearby Monoprix and picking up pastries at Paul's or Eric Kaysers. Also, the Air France bus 4 to CDG stops less than a block from the hotel ...read more

Beautiful hotel. Clean, friendly staff which were always smiling and helpful in offering tips about how to see Paris. This hotel offers tickets for a bus which will take you dirt to the airport.

Near Metro station, near markets and restaurants.
Small drab rooms, far from major tourist sites, refrigerator in room allowed only mini-bar food and drinks- no space for guests own beverages, no ice.

Very nice clean hotel in the area I wanted to stay.
Food and drink were incredibly pricey. Much less expensive outside the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at around 11:00 am local and there were no rooms ready. They said to return around 2:00 pm. We walked around to get a feel of the locality and had lunch and returned around 2:30 and the room was ready. The room was small, but neat and clean. Mini bar is automatic charge to your room, so you can't put your own stuff in the small mini bar fridge. There is no wine opener so I had to go to the main bar and they graciously opened my bottle of wine and provided wine glasses to take back to my room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all its a very nice hotel, I would stay there again. ...read more

Quite, large modern rooms. Great roof view.
Nice side of town but not close to anything. But Metro near by!

The beds were super comfy, free wireless, room size was adequate.
Housekeeping did not come one day until 930 pm. I was taking a bath and they barged in. Awkward!

The rooms were adequate size, the beds were comfy, although it lacked some amenities, like a gym and a pool. It is close to Jardin de l'Atlantique, which was perfect for me, since I'm a runner, but my husband prefers the elliptical and bike. The meals were super expensive, so we didn't eat or drink there much, but there was a serious selection of bars and restaurants just minutes from the hotel. The staff were not overly friendly, but were really helpful when we asked for anything, and they were not unfriendly, either. Overall this is a great location for first time visitors to Paris, but I would find something cozier and closer next time. ...read more

Relatively large if not drab rooms. Nice bathroom.
Air conditioning didn't work. Staff was unhelpful. Interiors were plain.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel. I justified the expense of the rooms with the fact that it was a 3 star hotel and I wanted to pamper myself in Paris.
The AC
took nearly 18 hours to be fixed and even when functional was underpowered. The staff was not helpful in resolving the situation nor appropriately apologetic. The interior is completely drab. The location is in a mostly commercial area with very little charm. You can see the Eiffel tower, but you`re nowhere close. Not worth the expense. ...read more

Clean rooms.
Room was too hot, plastic glasses in rooms and poor toiletries.
