Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Suites North Michigan Avenue

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect. They had a full kitchen, wash machine/dryer, and lots of closet space. I will return to this hotel because of the service Josh Brown and other employees provided.
The rooms would be perfect if they were updated.

Great location! Amazing staff!

Staff was extremely accommodating. Business center, though small, worked fine.
Breakfast should be a little later on weekends, instead of 6 to 9 a.m. daily.

Good for extended stay. Room had full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and washer and dryer.

amenities of the suite were great. It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. For the price, one of the best values of downtown chicago.
The elevator was pretty slow and Parts of the room were a little dilapidated, but the main parts of the room were totally OK. Major construction outside the hotel from 3am onwards was the worst.

if you need to use a taxi between hotel and union station, its about $7.

I have stayed here in the past. The location is great for my purposes which is walking distance to great dining and Soldier Field.

We were upgraded to the Presidential suite, and it was awesome. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the rooms are very clean and very quiet. We will stay here for every Bears trip in the future if rooms are available.

Location and size of rooms.
King bed was actually a queen - but comfortable. Bathroom is tiny and needs updating.

No parking - but we always take the train to Chicago, then Taxi's.

Free breakfast, large rooms, and friendly staff.
Some things in the hotel needed repair, but it was during construction/remodel so it was understandable.

The location of this hotel, is within walking distance to every mayor tourism attraction and there are a lot of buses and subways within 2 blocks of The hotel.
I didn't like two things, first the breakfast buffet at the hotel is really bad, not even word mentioning also some of the front desk people are really not very helpful, they seem to be more interested in chatting among themselves than actually helping out

Make sure to ask for a room as high as possible because they have an amazing view of the river an the surrounding buildings; also if you need any assistance from the front desk try to ask for diana ortiz by far the most helpful and friendly face down there.

The staff were exceptional from their level of friendliness to their level of local knowledge and tips on getting around the city. Clean and quiet rooms with everything you need.
No

The location on Chicago's Miracle Mile is perfect for either a walking tour experience or by public transportation
