Black mold in bath area looked nasty. Requested another room and it had mold also but not as much. Looked like they had been laying caulking over mold to cover it up. Third room only had a little and I was tired of hassling with the staff. Staff had told me on check in that I had a king bed. Had to come back and they acted surprised that I had a double. They informed me since I booked on Priceline that there hands were tied. They had many King beds available. I asked if I could pay to upgrade and they said yes. I asked how much and they said to call Priceline. Indifferent staff. Cheesy room. Mold. Other Comfort Suites may be nice but I will never find out. I won't feel comfortable trying another after thsi experience. ...

Management were not controlling the unruly youth sport teams visitors and they did not prepare for them at the breakfast area either, they should have had extra staff in the breakfast area to deal with cleanliness and issues with the number of youth that they had rented rooms too. We wanted to swim in the pool were not able to with all the young people that were unsupervised and running all over and more than high spirited. The lack of adequate chaperones and lack of hotel staff monitoring and enforcing policies made our stay one that was very limited and we did not get to use any of the hotels amenities that we rented it for, it was like being at the public pool in town during free swim day. Management was no where to be seen, every time we went to the desk or lobby we had to wait to find someone from one of the back rooms to walk out, they did not seem to know what was going on out past the desk in the evenings or at night, A Shame the pool closed at 10pm, as a adult we would like to swim at night, at least then we could have relaxed and enjoyed it without all the kids in the hotel being down there. I use the pool for Physical therapy daily, that is one of the reasons for this choice although we did not get to us it. All evening we dealt with kids playing soccer in the parking lot around the cars and hitting the cars and us coming in and out trying to not hit the kids, again where were the chaperones and the management? Then there was all the noise they were making by the windows to our room too. Management like I said were oblivious! Lighting, if you are wanting to put on Makeup in the bathrooms bring your own lighting, the lighting is very dim. There is no anti-slip in the tubs so be careful and do not slip! ...

Great sized room for the price. There were two very comfortable queen beds, plus a couch and a chair. The room also had a micro-fridge for added convenience.
