The woman working at the front desk was very helpful (neighborhood restaurant suggestion, needed sheets/towels). The hotel wasn't very clean. The pull out sofa mattress was badly stained. The sheets/blankets needed for the pull out sofa weren't in the room. We were given a handicapped room (not required) and the room was spacious with a huge shower. The bed was comfortable and we both went right to sleep. We woke up to the sound of a small child crying in the next room. This continued for at least 1/2 hr and concerned us. We couldn't get back to sleep for hours.
