Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Good location, good price, and clean rooms. It was nice having a microwave, fridge, and sink in the room.
The girl that checked us in was extremely rude, never smiled, and then ignored me when I told her thank you and to have a good night. She was HORRIBLE at attracting repeat customers. She needs a job where she doesn't deal with the public.

Under renovation and there were signs everywhere "out of order" and was not notified before booking, even the coffee was out of order.

The housekeeper was very nice.
Internet signal was so weak we had to go to Panera Bread to work online. Also, there was no bottled water available. Vending machine took $2 and was sold out of water.

Needs remodeling!

Clean room, comfortable beds, breakfast was really good.
The heater was not working on pool and the lights were not turned on in pool area. The lock on bathroom did not work. Noisy location (flight path and interstate traffic), hard to find, lots of construction, not family friendly area.

I was searching for a cheap hotel that had a breakfast and indoor pool but also needed to be near the dallas zoo. It had all of this this.
The location was somewhat disappointing. Currently lost of road construction made it difficult and also trying to find good food places nearby was a stretch drove around forever trying to find a place to eat. The rooms are dated with old TVs.

Overall if you want a place that is cheaper thanxxx dollars a night with indoor pool and free breakfast. Not a bad place to stay, it's clean basically quiet it's an older establishment and currently they are affected by tons of road construction. They say they are about 10 miles to the Dallas Zoo online but I think it was closer to 20 miles. I did have a hard time trying to pull up familiar food establishment in the area. ...read more
