I would never go back, there was no elevator and i was traveling with elderly people, so everything had to be carried up the stairs. The staff for the most part could not or did not speak English. The soda machines did not work other that diet coke. The pool was almost cold and the bottom was peeling. For my purpose (business travel) the room fulfilled its purpose. I didn't feel like I was royalty, but I also wasn't afraid of finding a cockroach party on my bed. Nothing fancy, nothing horrid, worth the low price.

Overall it served the purpose of our trip. The toilet stool in our room did not work very well. Definitely needed attention.

I am disapointed in the room and feel that Priceline as one that represents this Hotel was really shocking to me.

Used the Gum in the morning - the seat on the stationary bike was broken and the universal workout system was not kept up - the pull down bar kept running into the other equipment and it was in desperate need of some wd-40. The only thing that I was able to use was the tread mill. The pool was a 8 x 12 square and only 4 feet deep. It had paint peeling all over and was not appealing at all. The breakfast was mostly microwaveable and the hard boiled eggs had been left out overnight. We checked out the facilities when we checked in approx 1030pm. We did not find any bed bugs - yes we looked - mostly because of the news. At check out - I did not get a slip under my door and when I asked for a copy - it took the front office person 10 min to get that done There was only one other person in line in front of me and just as frustrated with her lack of knowledge and slow pace. ...read more
