When our room was changed we were placed next to the other flight of stairs and the front desk was understaffed which resulted in the customer service representative crying.

I think it's a comfortable night stay with pleasant decor. We enjoyed that there was a free breakfast, but only ended up eating the yogurt as the hot breakfast tasted bad. The staff needs to do a more thorough job of cleaning - this is our 2nd time at this hotel and both times we found articles from other guests under or beside the bed, and stains on the top blanket.

Enjoyed my one night stay here.. The continental breakfast is OK but nothing special. If I came back to Woodstock area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was OK, but I thought it was overpriced for what it was. Also, do not say in room, (first floor all the way at the end of the hall next to the stairwell and exit.) You can hear all the noise from people going up and down the stairs. It was quite noisy and woke me up early.

You can hear the highway from your room all night long. The rooms are smelly, even the non-smoking ones. The staff, while friendly, charged me for my room even though I had booked in advance. After bringing it up with them, they gladly re-credited me, but offered nothing that would entice me to come back to them again.

Hotel was lovely, except that I was assigned a smoking room and was informed by the hotel desk that there were no nonsmoking rooms available. Lingering smoke stench gives my wife and I headaches, and three days later, my luggage still reeks of smoke after less than 24 hours in the room. I will think twice about using Priceline to book hotels in the future, as I don't always remember to call in advance to arrange a nonsmoking room. If Priceline allowed customers to require smoking/nonsmoking rooms when placing a reservation, this would not be an issue. ...
