Location
The tv didn't work. There weren't extra towels available. I felt bad for the front desk staff member. His was alone and dealing with a lot of irritable customers. I had 2 children with me. Not having a TV was a huge inconvenience

Good location, nice functional room. Breakfast offerings are mediocre.
Other than Jeremiah, the evening desk clerk, I did not find the staff friendly at all. You may get a cursory "good morning" in response, but the staff did not initiate any greetings. The side entrance door is unlocked day and night, no security.

Check-in was a breeze. Room is very clean. Friendly staff. Fair choice of breakfast. Although it's rated 2 *, we felt like staying in a 2 1/2 *

The room itself was clean and the location was convenient.
The breakfast buffet was not appealing. Waffle batter dripping and a general unkept appearance. The stairway leading into the hotel had coffee spilled and a brown liquid was oozing from the butt container. The hotel clerk was not very helpful.
