I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. It was suppose to be a smoke free hotel and our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the staff didn't seem to care or help remedy the situation. It was an awful experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Very disappointed!

When we checked in they were not on top of things. I was kind of shocked they didn't know. I had reserved a room for back to back nights. The morning after our first night we had a hotel employee knock on our door and ask if we were staying a second night. So I'm not sure they even knew after we had stayed there the first day and were still there the afternoon of the second day that we were staying again that night. Not cool. ...
