I'm sure once renovations are complete, XXXUSD/night would be valid. But the remote location, lack of outdoor space, lack of a pool, and distance to the falls won't allow a much higher charge. The pull out bed, is extremely uncomfortable. Re-evaluate a fairer price even with the renovations being completed. More signage on the main roads leading to the hotel are necessary. A later check out time would be more ideal. ...

This is a low-cost hotel convenient for an inexpensive 1-2 night stay.

The hotel was a little hard to find if coming from the Canada side, and the worst part was the climate control. It was an old if effective system, but since the place was pretty empty it was off on arrival, which meant it took forever to get the temp up to a normal living temp from the 40-50 degrees it was at upon arrival. No thermostat, so it was an oven by the middle of the night even when turned to the lowest possible heat setting. No gym sigh. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were soft but lumpy. ...

You need to remove this hotel from your recommendation list. This is a tired, old comfort inn in great need of basic upkeep; new mattresses, pillow that actually have loft, wireless internet in room.
