Good mattress, refrigerator, micro wave, exercise room with good quality equipment, plus weights, good healthy choice in breakfast items, good staff, including, housekeeping and cook. All friendly and will make your stay seem like you are at home.

The staff was very friendly and always there to help in whatever way needed. We were attending a race in the area and the staff accommodated the racers with starting breakfast 2.5 hours earlier than normal.
There was a stinch in the hotel hallways, but fortunately wasn't in the rooms.

The location right off the high way.
We were told we would get a king room and then are swipe cards didn't work three times. The front desk worker came up and it didn't work for him either. He finally realized that someone was in that room and they booked wrongly.They put us in a random room

It was close enough to The Wilds in Cumberland that it was a reasonable choice.
The room smelled moldy, musty, muddy. Best guess is it was the carpet. The breakfast area uses non-sustainable processes. The hotel provides bottled water to guests upon arrival (non-sustainable).

The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast area is stressed because of the volume of people. The hotel is currently being used by the gas/oil companies to house their workers so this may be the cause. At peak times the area was very crowded. The utensils, plates, napkins, cups are all non-sustainable because they are single-use items. Please consider not using single-use items. Even if just the plates were reusable (even if they are still plastic) it will reduce the amount of waste the hotel generates. I'd be interested in seeing nutritional and packaging information for the food being served. For example, the scrambled eggs are emptied from a plastic bag into the serving trays.
