We were not happy with a handicapped room and we were put into another room right away.
No sign posted to tell us the DVD's had to be rented which was an embarrassment to us when we tried to sign them out.
We enjoyed our brief stay. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The girl at the desk wasn't as friendly although she was willing to change our room. I had just returned from a Greece vacation where the DVD's were free to use by signing them out and assumed it was the same policy as there was no posted sign telling us they were for rent only. My error, I guess. I would use this hotel again, however. ...

Great location near restaurants, corner stores, shopping mall, gas station, bars. Everything is right there and its right off the highway.
No swimming pool.

Convenient stop over on way to Mont Trembling. Walking distance to restaurants.
Breakfast food selection was poor and of low quality. Some staff spoke broken English.
Hotel was right off the main highway and easy to get to. Overall the location wasn't the nicest but it seemed safe. The evening staff either did not speak fluent English (in Canada!) or acted like they didn't. Having stayed and experienced breakfast at hotels in Quebec before, I was extremely disappointed in the quality and selection of breakfast food, in particular the pastries. There are other hotel chains in the vicinity that I would choose over this hotel in the future. ...
