Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, efficient staff, very reasonable price!

The Comfort Inn is located a bit outside of the main attractions but its location is still very convenient if you have a car.Room was as expected: clean, comfortable, no specific odor, even had a mini-refrigerator in the room for no extra charge. Hardly any noise, slept very well.Bathroom was nice and clean, with all the necessary toiletries. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good with a choice of waffles, muffins, toasts, apple or orange juice, coffee, tea, jam, oranges, bananas, hard-boiled eggs... all served in the main lobby by an attendant. The breakfast sit down area is a reconverted room right next to the lobby with a few tables and chairs, a TV and newspapers.Free parking is also nice.Overall a very nice experience considering the unbeatable price! ...read more

The staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient near the airport.
The wall of the shower was not totally clean. The bed is a little small. i don't like that we have a person serving our breakfast.

It is near a outlet mall. It is near a lot of restaurants. It is near the major highways. The hotel stass is friendly.

Located close to the airport.

Nothing fancy about this hotel, so I wasn't expecting much for the continental breakfast. But I was pleasantly surprised.

Friendly helpful staff, good for airport and local bus service to downtown.
Smoke. The smell of smoke from one of the very few designated smoking rooms ruined my stay there.

Good value for a budget hotel, well-organized continental breakfast. Rooms quite attractive with amenities, except for old-fashioned TV. However the fact that they allow smoking in a few rooms means that the whole of the upper floor stank of cigarette smoke. Do not expect a typical Quebec City experience here, this is a standard North American suburban location, the only difference being that it is in French. ...read more

Close proximity to airport and easy hiway access
Limited parking. Had to pay $10 extra to get 2 beds, although available.

This is the first time I've had to pay extra to get 2 beds, usually if the room is available the hotel will give it to you. We travelled with our 2 kids, and although a room was available with 2 double beds we had to pay $10 more. There was also a charge $7/per person for shuttle to the airport -the hotel was literally 3 km from the airport (just around the corner). Perhaps these extra charges are because it's a 2 star? If I had known this before booking, I would have paid more for a 3 or 4star which has these things included. We ended up paying a lot more. ...read more

Friendly and helpful.
Location is too far and sound proof is awfully. Continental breakfast was so so.
