Hotel Guest Reviews of the Relax Inn Pine GroveOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel deserves better reviews than it has been given in the past. Apparently it's under new ownership, and is now pretty well taken care of. There's certainly nothing to complain about for the price.

This was a very old and dingy place, overall, very poor motel.

I was extremely disappointed.

This hotel was billed as a 2 star hotel, but it was barely a 1 star motel. The entire building looked decrepit, in fact it resembled the Bates Motel from Psycho. The decor was straight out of the late 1960's and it did not make us feel comfortable. We ended up not staying for the night and instead finding another hotel further down the road.

The Colony Motel made me feel like I was back in the 40's, and the blanket on the bed seemed to have come from that period. It was dirty and had holes in it. It was very much a surprise, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The woman who greeted us when we checked in was friendly.

Family Traveling with Teens
This was by far the worst hotel that I have ever booked with Priceline. The decor was old, and the ceiling had plastered holes which were never painted; the border around the floor was separated from the wall; the towels were old and worn; the blankets on the bed were old and full of lint balls; there also was the feeling that there were bugs jumping on you off of the bed. Although I choose not to stay there, and Priceline called on my behalf, they refused any type of compensation for my displeasure. ...

Pool? What pool? Common area? I guess there might have been a 'common area' some place but I never saw one. The office was in a separate building.
