It was not a 3 star hotel. It did have a small water park and a restaurant on the property. My bathroom had dirt in the corners and a badly stained tub. Charged for the room by the hotel. Check out lady was rude when I asked for an invoice. Wifi horrible.

The room was great and staff very friendly.
Yes. They leave it open to the public so Saturday you could not even move in the pool or water park. It was miserable and disappointing.
The location is right in the middle of everything so it easy to get to everything. The room itself was average but everything was very clean. The water resort itself are way to packed though they leave it open to public and you can not even move. Not enought lifeguards to watch all the children either. They should have a max capacity on the resort itself cause it was ridiculous

The Waterpark is on site so the kids were entertained easily.
I don't like that the hotel price was supposed to be xxx per night -
xxx for Fl residents + resort fees so for two nights it was supposed to be xxx or so- but when we arrived; it cost

Read any fineprint... Or call the hotel directly- I booked through Priceline & we have 7 kids so we couldn't afford 403.34 just for Fri at 4pm- Sun @ 11am. The ad was very misleading - on top of that our son lost the bracelets they gave us at check in - so we had to fork out an extra $40 to use the Waterpark @ the resort we pd 403$ to stay at for 2 nights!!! Very disappointed in the way they nickel & dimed us to death. ...

That even though Priceline book the wrong room. The manager was able to accommodate the mistakes that the room had and I appreciate that.
That the room didnt have a microwave and the refrigerator wasnt making the stuff cold.
No comments :-( We'll see when I stayed next time. If things have changed from this time cause I was not pleased with this stay even though they fixed it.

Staff was awesome as was the water park.
No elevator working! We came in March and two of the hotel pools were cold.
Over all good. We will come back. Ask for a ground floor. They don't have elevators!

The pool was warm and beautiful. The kids loved the water park but relaxed in the middle pool. Very relaxing!
Everything was great!
Great location and near tons of attractions!! Highly recommend!
