To potential guests: I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. I did not like that they had a dispenser in the shower containing a shampoo/conditioner in one. Other than that, I had no complaints

Amazing rooms, free parking!!!, inexpensive sports bar/grill, very close to McCormick Place
NOTHING within walking distance
Good rates, FREE PARKING, big nice clean rooms, nice restaurant plus inexpensive sports bar & grill. Very close to McCormick....big downside is there is really nothing within a short walking distance.

The hotel had great rooms , very cleanly, staff was very helpful & courteous. Parking accessable and free. Loved having a cafe for AM coffee. Many amnenities. Only drawback public trasit not that easily assessable. Bus close, taxi best option.

I give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Our room was very spacious, cofortable, and very clean. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Parking free and easily accessable. Public transportation not easy to get to. Taxi best mode of travel..Dining room, bar, and cafe for eating options as well as chinese food delivery...Very nice experience.I reccomend the hotel to Chicago travelers... ...

Good location. Close to Chinatown. We had good food every day. Room was very spacious. Hotel staff provided crib to us. Not very far from downtown. About 15 min easy driving.
The coffee maker in the room wasn't working.

Rooms and common area were very nice. Secured parking "when available" was good. Unsecured parking with attendent was suspect.
The attitudes of the staff in the coffee bar were "very" poor towards their customers.
A bit out of the way, not bad though. Secured parking very good "when" available. Rooms were nice. Front dest staff OK. Other staff have attitude problems.

This hotel advertises free parking. When ariving from out of town, there was no place to park. They offered parking several blocks away close to a housing project that was much less than safe. They offered no other solutions. We did not stay, safety.
Bad, Bad, Bad. Refused to fix a safety issue with parking. No solutions offered. Would not recommed.

Welcoming staff, spacious room and fabulous bed!
Loved the hotel, but is a transitional area. Perfectly safe during daytime, but iffy at night. Recommended we take a cab rather than a bus. We took a bus during the day and were perfectly safe. Loved the room, beds and bathroom. Wonderful staff. Would highly recommend.
