Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt French Quarter

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Located right where I wanted to be.
The parking fee was extravagant.

The hotel added a very modern motif to an otherwise historic part of town.

The room was amazing! It was spacious and maticulously furnished.
Parking was $42/day.

The hotel is one block away from Bourbon St. We stayed one night, intending to tour the city. We easily walked Bourbon St. to St. Peter and on to Pat O'Briens and Jackson Square. The staff was friendly and helpful when asking directions. This was pure luxury!

There is limited parking so you have to tack on a $42 plus $5.04 tax = ($47.04) valet parking charge. This should be noted on your website prior to booking.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The location is great since you are only a couple blocks off Canal and a couple blocks from Bourbon street.
The bathrooms were a little small but no complaints.
