Proximity to where I needed to go.
Rooms too small. Could not control the temperature of the room. Thankfully we were able to open a window. Furniture in the room too uncomfortable to work. Toilet handle broken leading to a clogged toilet. Shower stall did not drain well.

Leaving. The rooms were very hot and management refused to turn on the AC. The beds were very small and uncomfortabtle. There was tape used to fix the blinds and some of the AC units. he carpet both inside and out side the rooms were very dirty. Horrible!
The filth would made your skin crawl. Nothing worked, not even the TVs. The staff, who was most times nice, but ineffective, would often comment that other people were having problems with their televisions or AC units. The rooms were also very small.

Run! I'm serious. 'Ordered food from the restaurant one night and the chicken was so uncooked there was blood on the bone. There were brown stains on the floor of the shower stall. The once white wooden commode covers in the bathroom were worn, dirty and yellow in some areas. The wall paper was also peeling in some places. The thermostats were old. The staff gave so many stories/reasons as to why the ACs wouldn't work and the rooms were so hot, that after the third night I was confused and just stopped asking. One staff member told me it was illegal in the city of Boston to turn on AC units prior to a certain date. Ther was dust on most surfaces. This was a shudderingly bad hotel experience. ...read more
