Our check out experience was confusing, the office had no written hours and when we arrived at 8:30 am the doors were locked. We waited in the parking lot until a woman pulled in at 8:50. She busied herself in her car for 10 more minutes despite the crowd waiting. Then after opening the door, without a second glance or greeting towards any of the people outside, she continued putting around the office for several more minutes before helping any of the leaving customers. If there had been a key dropbox or a sign with the hours clearly written I think the whole process would have been less confusing. Not to mention a friendly clerk always makes the stay better. Most of the staff that we had any interaction with was very unprofessional. We did however love the downstairs restaurant, the female waitress and bartender made our stay worthwhile! I would return to the restaurant but not to the hotel. ...

This hotel has beautiful views, clean rooms and I loved the loft bedroom. I had gulf view and was completely delighted. Definitely going to stay there again.
