Hotel Guest Reviews of the Casona San Antonio

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was amazing and the free breakfast was so so delicious!
The only thing I can complain about is the smell in the room. It smelled damp but after turning on some incense problem was solved.

This hotel was in a good location, was very well decorated with some modern features and very comfortable beds.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room Cedro 4 on the first floor is very beautiful with those high ceilings and lots of space; beds were super comfy. We were there in the middle of the week, so hotel was very quiet and peaceful.
Sometimes wished Room Cedro 4 on the first floor had a window we could open. Instead we had to open the two doors available, which took away privacy.

Will definitely consider this hotel when we go back to beautiful Puebla. The location was perfect for walking to the major attractions in historic downtown. At night staff locked the main gate to the hotel, making us feel very safe. They've done an excellent job with the interior design that really helps you feel peace. Love the air conditioning unit (in Mexico they're called "mini-splits", which are very quiet and very energy efficient. Staff was always very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was just wonderful. We had visitors so the tables on the courtyard in front of our room came very handy. Next time we'll try their spa services (four-hands massage and temazcal). ...read more

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Excellent food.
A/c was broken and very loud after it was "fixed". Complained about the Internet that was "promised " and they got routers to our room the third day. Will give them credit that they did their best to try to fix problems.

I would go back. For me the a/c was not that important because of the weather. Unlike my roommate, I wanted to be "offline ", he needed to get work done so the Internet was a must. The staff got routers the day after we complain .
