Location, for our needs was excellent. Access to hotel was good. Very quiet. WiFi good. Annual mother/daughters trip.
Shower did not work in our room. Phone in room was dead. Had to repack everything and was moved to another room. Stayed two nights and because of that, no clean towels and no coffee for day two. Also, no continental breakfast at this hotel.

Location- was close to several restaurants and highway access.
Reservations were for 4 rooms - 1 double and 3 Queen suites. The reverse occurred upon check-in, 3 Doubles and 1 Queen. The staff was new and ill informed on billing procedures. Took several conversations to straighten out the billing to each room.

Staff was incompetent. They were in training and gave conflicting information constantly. Took several phone calls to straighten out the billing. Amenities in room were very sparse. I expect basic amenities at any hotel.
