Lots to see and do. Lots of meal options. Brand new rooms
The size was overwhelming when you have to lug your bags acrosss the entire casino to check in. But it was all good

The hotel location and amenities were great.
Even though we requested for non-smoking rooms, the rooms smelled very smoky especially at night.

The pools were beautiful. One was closed every day which seemed weird. The one night all but one closed at 5 pm rest closed at 7 daily.
The resort fee was ridiculous for what you got got it. The fact that they now charge for parking even when staying st hotel and paying over $--- a day seemed unfair. Had coffee maker in room but charged for kcups. Unbelievable.

In room Jacuzzi was broken. They charged $18 a day for valet parking.

Indoor smoking, not given bed choice, directions inside poor, check-in kiosks have history of being unable to read IL licenses to complete registration, parking was supposed to included with reservations but was charged, had to pay $30 for early check-in
