Hotel Guest Reviews of the Budget Inn Temple Hills

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This hotel was next to the metro.
When I pulled into the hotel this place was dark and looked dirty. It was not the welcome feel that I usually get from Budget in.

The staff was not friendly at all. When I went to go check in the person behind the counter acted as I did not have any business there. He literally asked me what am I doing there. He did not greet me at all! I found this to be rude. I told him that I wanted to check in. He continued to shuffle papers and finally after 5 mins of waiting he asked for my ID. If I had the time, I would have book another room someplace else. I finally got into the room after a half hour of questions. I will never go back to this hotel at this location ever again. ...read more

the shower was hot and there was alot of opening parking spots.
YES!! the hotel is located in an area i didnt feel safe. almost on every corner there was a police car with their lights on. The manager was rude and didnt want to honor my reservation at first until i had to made some calls to priceline staff members. :(

the pro thing about the hotel was the shower was hot. I wouldn't tell any of my friends or even family members to stay there ever if that was the last place. I asked for a non-smoking room on my reservation and when i got there they don't have any non-smoking not good at all. i really think ya need to send an undercover person over there so they can spend the night there for three days and they can see it first hand for them self. ...read more

The room was clean & comfortable.
There was no safe or iron in the room.

The security of the building is poor... the room was clean... the man behind the counter was rude and unfriendly... he did not make me feel welcome at all.

Good price, large clean room with refrigerator, microwave, desk, and good price.
Bathroom fixture loose.

Standard Budget motel in an impoverished area but clean, good price for being located so close to DC, and unexpected features such as refrigerator and microwave. A place to get a good night's sleep before starting work the next day.
