Hotel Guest Reviews of the Budget Host HutchinsonOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else, they seem to be attempting to be a good hotel but are severly missing the mark. I know it will be a huge joke to us in the future but at the moment we spent a lot of money on a less than acceptable room. Would have been nice not to hear the street noise and the couple next door.

Hotel had an excellent breakfast in the mornings. It exceeded our expectations on a hotel breakfast. The eggs and sausage where real and made fresh along with the fresh waffles.

It was not in a great part of town and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very unsafe here. If the door had opened easier, I would not have trusted the locks. But since I had to fight to open it, I wasn't too concerned about anyone else getting in. The only thing updated were the appliances, everything else felt old.

Honestly, I felt that we were mislead. The advertised recent improvements had to have been minimal. Curtains were falling off of the rail. The insect population was alarming. They don't advertise the fact that the hotel is 200 feet from a major railroad crossing. This can be unnerving at 3:00 in the morning. We were so exhausted after a long day of traveling and baseball that we would have slept in the car. After this experience we may actually consider that option next time. ...
