Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Panama City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Restaurant on site, A/C unit worked in room and free parking on site.
Very dirty carpet and tile; real hard mattress; musty smell of room; toilet would not flush; bathroom sink drained very slow.

Will not stay here again.

15-20 minute drive to panama city beach depending on traffic. Clean room, friendly staff, nice play area if u bring the kids. Restaraunt on site.
Bay was un-kept/swept like it should be. There was literally a 5 gallon bucket in the bay filled with sand because it sat there sooo long!! Didn't have a full coffee pot in our room...it was a 1 cup wonder kinda thing.also have to pay for ice :/

Staff was very nice. 3-11pm office Lady was very sweet & made accommodations when we asked to stay an additional night because we couldn't schedule a jet ski tour on the day we had planned. Bed was comfortable.
Bare bones living. Low water pressure for showers. Beach area behind "Bay" rooms not kept up. Was full of debris from the water and garbage left by others. Main beach off rest/bar area still had water debris but not the trash. Coffee Maker had no pot.

The ONLY thing positive about this place was the staff. Restaurant/Bar/Grill was a joke. The place is dead except for the local loco's. We had to leave the "Tiki" bar because one of these nuts wouldn't leave us alone. He kept talking & talking, repeating his stories over and over and over again. Very Annoying! Bartender recommended that we "pass him off to someone else", to get rid of him. We left instead. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone unless they are blind and deaf. ...read more

The bay was nice and after we had our room switched because of the smell we had a nice view of it.
The whole place was in serious need of some tlc. The first room smelled awful and felt like an old basement and the carpet was even wet. It looked like it had been neglected by the cleaners for years. The whole place needs an update and SERIOUS cleaning.

The place was ghetto. It felt like a motel Johns take their hookers to. It definitely felt dated, which usually doesn't bother me at all, but it seemed like nothing had been deep cleaned since it's installation. The staff brought new towels and linens regularly, and were actually very friendly and helpful, but the fridge was stained, old and damaged, the furniture also was stained, old and damaged, the carpet was wrinkled and worn, and the curtains were definitely mildewed, including the shower curtain, everything had a musty smell to it, oh, and the clientele of the bar/restaurant are definitely not "family friendly." Most of them were either thugged out gangsters, or fully tattooed, confederate flag-wearing, bike-type dudes. All of them were completely, stumbling drunk. Actually most of what we saw of the surrounding area felt like this. Panama City is very, very different from Panama City Beach. ...read more

Quiet. A view of ANDREWS bay. Traffic not a problem.
Next to an industrial area.

Older rooms & furnishings. Good economy & good for families.
