Hotel Guest Reviews of the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(26) | Solo Traveler(22) | Traveling as Couple(54) | Family with Young Children(10) | Family with Teens(9) | Senior Traveler(4) | Group Traveler(13)

Location is the only charm of this hotel.
The building is very, very old and rooms are very small - not recommended for families. Big noise and you can hear everything from the next door. When you see "comfortable for two" on a website, don't take it. It's NOT comfortable for two.
Location is the only charm of this hotel. The building is historic - it means it's old. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel for families.

I liked the size of the room. Plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great also.

The room was a junior room. We had to ask to have a room with a window. This is not what I expect from booking a room at a 3 star hotel.
I wish I had known i was booking a junior room.

my only real complaint was that you had to pay for 12.50/night for wi-fi in your room which is crazy.

Friendly staff.
The room I was given was the living room part of a suite that connected via an internal door to another hotel room. As I did not have access to the other room, my room was essentially a living room with a double Murphy bed. Uncomfortable and unexpected.
The hotel itself was okay, but a tad dilapidated. Also, I was given a room with *only* a double Murphy bed which was a) uncomfortable and b) required me to make the bed myself upon arrival (i.e. put on pillows and comforter). Overall, far below expectations and I expect that poor treatment was a result of the priceline booking.

The room was not suitable for 2persons, it was extremely small with not enough space, no fridge and a very small bed.

The location.
The room and bed were comically small. We were barely able to find places to put our suitcases. Also, when we checked in their computers didn't even work so they couldn't find our reservation. We couldn't check in until much later than our check in time.
The only reason to stay here is the location. Everything was old and smelly and small.

Good location, appealing lobby, helpful staff, good dining, convenient to public transportation or taxi.
The room was the smallest I've seen in decades. It had a petite bed, no coat closet, and a 4'x4' bathroom where the shower curtain hung over the toilet.
Request a larger room and, if not available, make certain you pack lightly and are plenty tired before retiring to bed.

The location is central to most everything, so you can't beat it.
The rooms are horribly small. The showers won't fit an average sized person and the beds are tiny in a normal petite room. You can get a better value anywhere else in the city.
