Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The unit was old. View of the parking lot even though the place was not crowded. Guess that was because we declined the timeshare presentation.

Rooms not cleaned daily and were frankly not super clean upon checkin. Cushions askew on couch and chairs, room not vacuumed well. Pool was also messy and needed a little more attention.

The pool was great
- staff seemed as they did want to help out.- TV in the rooms were from the 80s- wedding on site blocked off most of the hotel.

As a single hotel room it is excellent with a nice kitchenette, large bath and a large bedroom with a small balcony. As a condo it would be limited with no dining table. The pool area looked extensive with swimming lanes as well as a large open pool.
Densely built multiple buildings in a maze like pattern. Difficult to navigate initially. Nice common area though.

The location is gorgeous and well situated.
It used to be a mucher higher star-rating and we have stayed there several times with excellent accomodations. Unfortunately, we did not know it had dropped to only a 2 star rating until we stayed there. It wqsn't that it was bad but it wasn't great.

The entire place seemed to have lost its former shine. It was still okay for a little grungier. Plus, I saw a cockroach in the kitchen. yuck. Again, not terrible but definitely two-star.

I was actually surprised at how beautiful this was. There was a full kitchen, huge rooms, and the bathrooms were set. I would stay again. Oh and the location was near amazing restaurants and great stores

The pool
The adult pool is small and every staff at the adult pool was under the age of 20.

Mold in the shower no flat screens and no restaurant other than the adult bar with teenagers working.

The room was very nice and spacious. It was also very nice having an adult only pool.
I believe closing the pool at 10 pm, especially the adult pool is rather trite. The security personnel who announces the closing of the pools needs to take some lessons in courtesy.
